Refund Policy

  • Guest may change the traveling date but subject to room availability or you may call our reservation team at 082-241414.

Non-refundable

  • Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel at least 72 hours before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable, and the total reservation amount will be charged.
  • Full prepayment is required before arrival.

Important Information

  • Due to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.
  • No parties are allowed at the premises.
  • Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  • Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
