Terms & Conditions

– Guest may change the traveling date but subject to room availability or you may call our reservation team at 082-241414.

Non-refundable
– All payments made is non refundable.
– The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
– We facilitate prepayment of the full amount from your guests before arrival.

Important Information
– Due to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.
– No parties are allowed at the premises.
– Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
– Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
